Jay Milera Art is a First Nations creative arts practice led by Jay Milera, a Narungga, Kaurna, Adnyamathanha and Wirangu woman, artist, filmmaker, cultural consultant and storyteller. Jay’s work is grounded in connection to Country, culture, identity, spirit and visual storytelling, with a strong focus on contemporary Aboriginal art and cultural expression. Jay Milera Art offers a range of creative and cultural services including original artworks, digital art, public art, murals, commissions, clothing and merchandise, cultural storytelling, creative workshops, community arts projects, film development and cultural consultancy. Jay’s practice explores the relationship between land, sea, sky, ancestry and living culture, often drawing from her deep connection to Narungga Country / Guuranda. Through her art and creative projects, Jay creates meaningful works that celebrate culture, healing, connection and truth-telling. Her practice aims to make Aboriginal art and storytelling accessible across galleries, public spaces, community settings, digital platforms and wearable art collections.
